From now you can find double-holdem poker cash tables in their good games selection. Double Holdem as can be thought of its name is very similar to the popular texas-holdem game with one important difference.

While in texas-holdem every player have 2 hole cards, they get 3 of them in double holdem and they can play with 2 poker hands using the three 2-2 of their hole cards and the five common cards.

The gameplay and betting rounds also are similar to texas holdem, but before the betting start, every player must choose one of the three hole cards, to be as „point” card. The point card then will be used to create two separate poker hands together separate with the 2 other hole cards. When the five common cards dealt, the best hand wins the pot.

When playing double holdem poker keep in mind that you have double chance to win but the other players also have 3 cards instead having two. Generally we can say you need stronger hand to win a double-holdem poker hand than in the regular texas-holdem so be careful about what hands you play and what you fold. For example if you have a pair of aces in you hand and a pair of jacks on the table, the chance that your opponents have a third jack in their hand is one and a half times bigger than in texas-holdem.

Sometime local markets sites can surprise you with their special poker offers. Romanian sites or Hungarian sites such as texas holdem poker offer unique bonus codes and other special offers you can’t find in EN sites. This is also a way to double your chances of winning.

The main thing to remember about texas holdem is that the game is base more on odds and less on luck. Unlike other online gambling games such as roulette, slots or scratch cards, you need to know what you’re doing in order to be a winner. You always play against people that know what they’re doing, so you need to know more in order to win.

For example, many online poker rooms offer free poker schools with tutorials and free games which you can practice with. One of my personal favorite is the online 888 Poker school. 888 Pacific Poker has been around for quite a while now and they defiantly know their way when it comes to poker. Now, other than learning the game you need to know about free tools that are offered for bettering your odds – for example there are free poker calculators to use online or to download to your computer. Also, youtube is full with poker videos of tutorials or recorded tournaments games. Watching these videos is a great way to pick up some good poker tips and to learn from the great players out there.

Read poker blogs, there are plenty out there so it’s hard to distinguish between the good and the bad ones, but once you find some good ones you can benefit from other poker players’ experience.
Participate in Poker forums. Forums provide a great platform for asking questions and sharing information.
There are probably many more free tools out there but these pretty much summarizes the main ones.

Real money poker can be a great way of making fast money or a great way to lose a lot of money. Remember that at all stages you should never play with more money than you can afford to lose and never bet on a hand you are not sure about.

The odds change with each round of betting and depend on the cards in your hand and the number of people around the table still playing.
This ‘Poker odds calculating’ table below is not a professional one. For that we recommend you use an auto calculator, at least for the beginning. But this table can give you a general idea for which hands are relatively with good winning odds and which should make you fold.

How To read this Table:
B – Bad

L – Low chances

M – Medium Chances

G – Good odds
