Annie Duke is defiantly one of my favorite woman poker player. She is the second most winning woman player in the all time winning trail, right after kathy liebert, with a remarkable $1.6 million in career tournament earnings. But this is not why she earned my great appreciation. The thing about Annie Duke is her unique playing style. She is relaxed and communicative. If you watch her playing with other big shots in the field, you might be surprised that she manages to win at all. While most of the other poker players in the table tend to keep their eyes on the table, ware sun dark glasses or hide below a concealing hat, Annie Duke is completely open, uncovered, smiling, talking, joking around and keeping the atmosphere easy going and again, relaxed. As far as it goes for this writer, this is the way to play poker. Below you can watch her latest poker after dark game, right along with Erica Schoenberg, Jean-Robert Bellande, David Grey, Karina Jett, Mike Matusow.
